Privacy at PublicBidRadar

Effective October 21, 2026

PublicBidRadar shows public bid notices that agencies already publish on their own websites, and offers optional email alerts. This page explains what we collect, why, and who handles it.

1. What we collect

If you sign up for alerts, we ask for:

You can also choose to give us:

That's all. We don't ask for your name, phone number or payment details. You can browse the bid feed without signing up.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to choose which bids to send you, to send your alerts, to confirm your signup, and to answer you if you write to us. We don't use it for anything else.

3. Who handles it

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. Two service providers handle data on our behalf so the site and emails work:

They handle this data to provide their service to us.

4. Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Cloudflare states that it doesn't use cookies or local storage for this, and doesn't fingerprint visitors or track them across sites. We see totals, like how many people visited a page, not who you are.

5. Cookies and ads

We don't run advertising, ad trackers, or tracking cookies.

6. Your choices

7. How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, we remove them from our list. Our email provider may keep a record that you unsubscribed so we don't email you again.

8. Who this is for

PublicBidRadar is a service for businesses and professionals. It isn't directed at children.

9. Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your information, we'll email subscribers at least 14 days before it takes effect.
