These terms cover your use of publicbidradar.com and our email alerts. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them. PublicBidRadar ("we") is an independent service. Our mailing address is in Clifton, New Jersey.
PublicBidRadar compiles bid notices that public agencies publish on their own official websites and shows them in one place. You can also sign up for email alerts by trade and county. The service is free.
PublicBidRadar isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any municipal, county, state or federal agency.
We check our sources every morning and work hard to get the details right. Still, what we show is a starting point, not the official record:
Before you decide to bid, get the official documents from the issuing agency and follow its instructions. The agency's own documents control. If anything we show differs from them, the agency's documents are right.
Anything we publish about bid requirements is general information to help you get oriented. It isn't legal, procurement or professional advice. The requirements in each agency's bid documents govern.
We may change, pause or stop parts of the service at any time. If we ever change what's free, we'll tell you before it affects you.
To the extent the law allows, PublicBidRadar is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that the information is accurate, complete or current, or that the site and emails will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using or relying on PublicBidRadar. That includes lost profits or revenue, bid preparation costs, missed deadlines, missed addenda, and rejected or disqualified bids.

We link to agency websites and other pages we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or availability.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and email subscribers at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action about these terms will be brought only in the state courts located in Passaic County or Bergen County, New Jersey.
